Upgrading and Downgrading Plans

Making the right choice for your organization is vital. Sometimes, that means moving up to a more feature-rich plan, and at other times, it might mean scaling back. At RAW, we aim to make these transitions smooth. Here’s what to expect when you change your subscription.

Upgrading Plans

Upgrading your plan at RAW simply means accessing more capabilities and experiencing fewer restrictions. As you move to a higher-tier plan, all the features and allowances of the lower-tier plan are seamlessly integrated, providing you with enhanced functionality and higher quotas.

Downgrading Plans

Downgrading, while straightforward in many respects, comes with certain considerations based on the specifics of the plan you’re moving to. Here's a breakdown:

Downgrade from Business to Pro

Github repositories

These are disabled. Any endpoints defined via these repositories will no longer be accessible.

Remote endpoints

Endpoints that belong to the disabled Github repositories, and as such, are disabled as well. This means they cannot be consumed by users.

Static quotas

These become more restrictive. Ensure you understand the new limits and adjust your usage accordingly. Further details can be found here.

Dynamic quotas

These too are adjusted to be more restrictive. Further details can be found here.

Downgrade from Pro to Starter

Private web endpoints

These are disabled, meaning they cannot be accessed by users.

Draft endpoints

While private web endpoints are disabled, their respective draft versions remain accessible via the Workspace panel. However, they can't be deployed until 'Public' access is reinstated by the user.

API Keys

All API Keys are disabled, and any integrations or systems using these keys will need adjustments.

Endpoint Scopes

These are disabled as well. Ensure any systems or processes relying on specific scopes are updated.

Static quotas

These become even more restrictive. Further details can be found here.

Dynamic quotas

These too are adjusted to be more restrictive. Further details can be found here.

Always review the features and quotas for each plan carefully before making a change. If you have any questions or concerns about how a plan change might affect you, please contact us.
